WorkflowEra is an online software service. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so there are no shipping charges and nothing is delivered by courier.
1. How the service is delivered
- Free trial. Your account is ready as soon as you sign up at workflowera.com. You can log in and start using it immediately.
- Paid plans. When your payment is successful, your plan is activated on your account straight away. You will also receive a payment confirmation and invoice by email.
- The service is used online through a web browser on your phone or computer. Nothing needs to be installed.
2. If your plan is not activated
In rare cases, activation can be delayed by a payment gateway or bank. If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, please write to support@workflowera.com with your registered email address and payment reference. We will activate your plan or refund the payment.
3. Products sold by businesses on WorkflowEra
Businesses that use WorkflowEra may sell physical goods through their own online stores. Those businesses are responsible for shipping and delivering their products and for their own shipping, return and refund policies. If you bought something from such a store, please contact the store directly. Their contact details are shown on their store.
