We may collect: IP address, Browser type, Device type, Login activity, API usage logs, Platform interaction data
This information is used for performance monitoring, fraud prevention, analytics, and service improvement.
C. End-User Data (Processed on Behalf of Customers)
Through WhatsApp campaigns and messaging automation, businesses may process:, End-user phone numbers, Message content, Media files, Delivery and read status
Workflow Era processes this data solely as a Data Processor and only according to customer instructions.
