4. How to Request Data Deletion

If available, you may use the Delete Account option inside your dashboard settings.

Option 2 — Email Request

5. Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed within 7 days of verification.
During this period, your account may be temporarily deactivated to prevent further data processing.


6. Impact of Deletion

Once your data is deleted:

  • Your account cannot be restored

  • Access to all services will be permanently lost

  • Any remaining credits, subscriptions, or purchases will be forfeited

Please ensure you download any important data before requesting deletion.
